A 90 minute seminar designed to educate and inform restaurants about the latest software offerings from Microsand the latest trends in rules and regulations for credit card compliancy.
We will explore the various versions of Micros POS that are out in the field and give general guides as to new features that are available with the latest versions of software. We will demonstrate Kitchen Display Systems, Web Ordering, autoemailing of reports, real time text alerts, future orders and other software enhacements.
We will have available our latest hardware offerings both as POS appliances and security appliances. We will talk about adding wireless broadband guess access in a secure manner for your vendors and/or customers. We will talk about how to maintain a secure POS system still attached to the internet.
We will talk aboout our Copperstate Call Center and the new level of support that we provide.
We will explore the credit card rules and regulations, specifically PA-DSS and PCI Compliance. We will talk about what you have to do to implement the latest validated POS payment applications to minimize your exposure to PCI fines.Refreshments will be served.
